5) If you sign up for the 28-day free trial and subscribe to the Sterling Partnership tiered service immediately upon completion of the trial and pay your annual subscription in one single instalment you’ll receive a 20% discount off this package, you’ll pay a reduced fee of £5251. If you choose a monthly subscription, you will pay £547 per month over 12 months.
6) If you register for our Platinum Compliance package you will be offered payment options of monthly subscription at £897 VAT inc. x 12 monthly payments or an annual subscription of £10,764 VAT inc. payable by single instalment.

7) If you sign up for the 28-day free trial and subscribe to our Platinum Compliance tiered service immediately upon completion of the trial and pay your annual subscription in one single instalment you’ll receive a 35% discount off this package, you’ll pay a reduced fee of £6997. If you choose a monthly subscription, you will pay £897 per month over 12 months.
8) We always want the best for our clients and give 100% in helping them achieve CQC compliance, and we have an incredible track record with our clients, however we cannot guarantee that you or any participant will achieve any specific result because of taking any of our consultancy services. That said we have such confidence in our digital governance solution that if you carry out all the associated actions including engaging in regular meetings with our consultant, taking the professional advice offered and repeating the 7-Step Cycle at no less than three times over a 90 day period, and still find you have not achieved the CQC good governance standards as assessed by our consultant, then we will work with you until you do.
8) We always want the best for our clients and give 100% in helping them achieve CQC compliance, and we have an incredible track record with our clients, however we cannot guarantee that you or any participant will achieve any specific result because of taking any of our consultancy services. That said we have such confidence in our digital governance solution that if you carry out all the associated actions including engaging in regular meetings with our consultant, taking the professional advice offered and repeating the 7-Step Cycle at no less than three times over a 90 day period, and still find you have not achieved the CQC good governance standards as assessed by our consultant, then we will work with you until you do.
9) All payments for our services are accepted using Worldpay and are taken in the currency GBP Sterling.
10) Cancellation Policy for Annual Subscription to tiered services of Pure Essentials, Sterling Partnership and Platinum Compliance. You have the right to cancel your annual subscription within the first 14 days of the initial subscription period for a full refund. If you choose to cancel after this period, you will not receive a refund for any remaining time on your annual subscription. Any payment you have made for the tiered service at that point will be refunded in full back to the credit card you made the purchase with. To cancel your subscription, we require a letter in writing to be sent to Jean Adamson at the following address: Quality Care Counts Consultancy Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ or an email to be sent to jadamson@egovernanceplus.com. Please note your access to our services will be terminated when you cancel your subscription purchase. If you decide to reinstate your subscription after cancellation, you will be subject to the current pricing and terms available at the time of reinstatement. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period. Please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund for any remaining days in your current billing cycle. If you decide to reinstate your subscription after cancellation, you will be subject to the current pricing and terms available at the time of reinstatement.
